Responsibilities Responsible for all document of commercial task and support to E-commerce manger,nominating of sales plan promotion, issue contract agreement for collecting funding and follow up with supplier Weekly report on Monday (Scan out, Sale and stock reports) Other income / funding submit to financial end of month and follow to chase supplier to submit on time. Create contract agreement (CA)and sent to supplier end of month Collect contract agreement signed by supplier and send back to the Accounting tea Create purchase order consignment for SMC vendor Send promotion theme each month and follow up with supplier to delivery of proposal on time. Submit nomination file and to trade e-commerce Cost and Price change process for both normal and additional occur New vendor process Create NPD registration and follow up till end process and implement Maintain product master data and own content requirement Monitor stock and status product with supply chain Make report on request. Coordinate with Finance for submitting funding every month Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in e-commerce Bachelor' Degree Excellent Microsoft Office skills in Excel(Vlookup, Pivot table) and Power Point Good command of both spoken and written English Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong numerate and problem-solving skills.
