หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote products across online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Line OA, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
-Coordinate seasonal and product-based online campaigns (such as new product launches) to maximize reach and conversion.
-Collaborate with the creative team to develop content ideas, including videos, infographics, product photography, and educational content about oral care.
-Monitor and manage product social media platforms to ensure timely posting, engagement, and customer interaction.
-Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to enhance the visibility of product on search engines.
-Analyze digital performance reports (traffic, engagement, CTR, CPC, conversion rate) and prepare insights for the marketing team to optimize campaigns.
-Coordinate with our distributor and e-commerce partners to align online promotional activities.
-Keep up with digital trends in the health, personal care, and FMCG industries to apply innovative approaches to our campaigns.
-Manage digital ad budgets efficiently to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, healthcare products, or consumer goods
Familiarity with digital ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Line Ads Platform, and TikTok Ad and AI
Experience in social media management, content planning, and basic copywriting (experience in oral care or personal care products is a plus).
Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and online customer journey mapping.
Knowledge in MarTech tools and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canvas is a plus.
Strong creativity and the ability to turn product features into compelling marketing stories (such as highlighting unique bristle technology).
Good command of English (reading and writing), as well as Thai.
Able to multitask, manage timelines, and work collaboratively with internal and external teams
Passionate about health, wellness, and consumer products
