หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Receive incident from user and handle communication with them
• Routine setting on SAP as per user request by following manual and procedure
• Routine maintenance tasks on SAP such as Yearly Financial setup, Monthly Accounting check, etc.
• Answer user's inquiry by refer FAQ and Knowledge article
• Send announcement to users as per request

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Experience at least 2 years.
• Work in some IT field, Helpdesk, Call Center, work with Japanese customer
• Experience in OA (PC, MS Office, etc), SAP, ITIL
• Good communication in English.
• Good service mind and good team player
• Good presentation skill.
• Good Initiative.
•Good communication and negotiation skill.
