หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability in alignment with brand guidelines.
• tore Management: You will play a key role in getting our very first Flying Tiger Copenhagen stores open across the Kingdom of Thailand, and oversee multiple store locations, ensuring consistent operational standards, seamless execution of retail processes, and strong collaboration with store managers.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in operational workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize customer experience.
• Inventory Management: Work closely with the Merchandising team to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock counts, and implement inventory control measures.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise retail teams, including setting work schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and monitoring store productivity and commission details.
• Budget and Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse sales and operational data, generate reports, and use insights to drive performance improvements.
• Store Operations: Ensure seamless day-to-day store operations, including managing store and pop-up openings and closures, maintaining store cleanliness, and upholding visual merchandising standards.

• 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within an international brand or lifestyle retail sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for the retail industry.
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant retail management systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai is an advantage.
