หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Create Job order following the weekly production plan
• Operate and monitor chemical process systems to ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot process-related issues such as yield loss, mixing inconsistencies, or machine malfunctions
• Improve batch formulations, reduce process cycle time, and increase throughput
• Support scale-up of new chemical formulations from pilot to commercial scale
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs, deviation reports, and KPIs (yield, OEE, downtime).
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand, inventory status, and available resources
• Manage raw material and packaging forecasts based on production schedules
• Monitor and adjust production plans to meet delivery deadlines while minimizing downtime
• Track inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to avoid shortages or overstock
• Work closely with sales, planning, and customer service to prioritize urgent or made-to-order products
• Performs the other tasks as per assigned

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Science or Chemical Engineering
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or process engineering, with exposure to production planning
• Knowledge of batch processing, mixing, reaction chemistry, or coating/finishing chemicals
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems for production and inventory planning (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP).
• Good analytical, planning, problem-solving skills and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to analyze process data and troubleshoot complex chemical production issues effectively
• Skilled in balancing demand, capacity, and raw material availability to create realistic and efficient production schedules
• Precise and thorough in following production formulas, documentation, and quality control standards.
• Effective in working with R&D, QA/QC, maintenance, warehouse, procurement, and EHS teams
