Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, screening, interviews, to candidate selection. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment for all positions. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing requirements. Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new employees. Drive succession planning and leadership development. Design and develop training programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Create and manage the annual training roadmap to enhance employee skills. Act as an internal trainer to deliver training programs within the organization. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to measure its impact on employee performance and organizational growth. Design and manage organizational development initiatives such as career path planning, talent management, and leadership development programs Oversee and enhance performance management systems, including KPI development and competency assessments. Implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor law compliance. Strengthen ties with local government, communities, and key stakeholders. Oversee Compensation & Benefits policies to ensure fair and competitive rewards. Support salary reviews, incentive programs, and bene Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal policies. Identify and implement HR process improvements. Assist in reviewing, drafting, and revising contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Ensure company policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct legal research and provide advice on corporate, commercial, and employment laws. Support the implementation of compliance programs and risk management initiatives. Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with vendors, clients, and partners. Maintain and manage legal documentation and records. Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary. Assist in preparing legal documents for government and regulatory filings. Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and reporting requirements. Assist in regulatory submissions and liaise with government authorities when needed. Provide legal training and awareness to internal teams. Stay updated on legal developments that may impact the company. Perform other duties as assigned by the legal department. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Maintain supplier records and assist in vendor performance evaluations. Generate and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure order fulfillment. Address any discrepancies, or delays in a timely manner. Monitor stock leaves to ensure sufficient supply while avoiding overstocking. Support the procurement team in optimizing inventory turnover. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to analyze demand trends, assist in planning for seasonal variations, and ensure necessary stock availability. Assist in negotiating pricing with suppliers, monitor procurement expenses, and support cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
