Team Management
Manage and lead the TikTok influencer business development team in Thailand, develop team development plans, assign work tasks, and ensure efficient team operation.
Train and guide team members to improve their professional skills and work performance, driving the overall improvement of the team.
Set team performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure the achievement of goals.
Influencer Collaboration
Promote effective implementation of influencer collaborations
including following up on contract signing
product and sample confirmation
product introduction and usage tracking
preparation before live broadcasts, reviews, etc.
Fully follow up with influencers or agencies, support the implementation of cooperation details, maintain and establish a good brand image, and keep good cooperative relationships.
