หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct product / process analysis in collaboration with related departments.
• Analyze, investigate and solve manufacturing process issues.
• Improve manufacturing process and equipment capability to achieve higher production yield and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement projects such as cost reduction, quality and productivity improvement.
• Establish training documents such as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), and One Point Lesson (OPL).
• Educate and train production operator, foreman and / or technicians on proper manufacturing procedures

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Electronic Engineer.
• Outstanding communication skills
• 5 years’ experience in process or production in manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS-Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to develop and evaluate integrated systems
• Interpersonal skills in developing positive working relationships with other employees working with the production process
• Good planning and problem solving skills
