ในฐานะเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสินเชื่อ (จำนอง-ขายฝาก) คุณจะ:
- ต้องแนะนำการขายฝาก การจำนอง หรือการปล่อยกู้ที่มีหลักทรัพย์ค้ำประกัน คุณจะทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับนายหน้า ตัวแทน และลูกค้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการทำธุรกรรมเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- หน้าที่ประจำวันของคุณจะรวมถึงการตรวจสอบและจัดเก็บเอกสารลูกค้า สรุปแผนการตลาด และโฆษณาบนแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ

ที่ Brickpaths คุณจะ:
- แนะนำการขายฝาก การจำนอง หรือการปล่อยกู้ที่มีหลักทรัพย์ค้ำประกัน
- รายงานประจำวันและติดตามลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบและจัดเก็บเอกสารลูกค้า
- ติดต่อสื่อสารกับนายหน้าและประสานงานกับตัวแทน
- สรุปแผนการตลาดและโฆษณาบนแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการเซ็นสัญญาที่กรมที่ดินเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ให้บริการลูกค้าสำหรับการทำธุรกรรมทางกฎหมายและให้คำแนะนำในการเซ็นสัญญา
- เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายและการตลาด
- สร้างเนื้อหาสำหรับแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดีย เช่น Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, และ YouTube เพื่อให้ความรู้แก่ลูกค้าผ่านแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลต่างๆ

Loan Real Estate Sale Specialist:
As a Loan Real Estate Sale Specialist, you will introduce consignment sale, mortgages, or asset-backed lending. You will work closely with brokers, agents, and clients, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Your daily responsibilities will involve inspecting and storing customer documents, summarizing marketing plans, and advertising on various platforms.
You will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service for legal transactions and advising on contract signing. Additionally, you will participate in sales and marketing promotional activities and create content for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to educate clients through various digital platforms.
At Brickpaths You Will:
- Introduce consignment sales, mortgages, or asset-backed lending.
- Report daily and follow up with customers.
- Inspect and store customer documents.
- Communicate with brokers and coordinate with agents.
- Summarize marketing plans and advertise on various platforms.
- Coordinate with relevant agencies to ensure smooth contract signing at the Land Department.
- Provide customer services for legal transactions and advise on contract signing.
- Participate in sales and marketing promotional activities.
- Create content for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to educate clients through various digital platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- Open to all genders.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3 years of experience in real estate or banking.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high responsibility.

- Proven experience in consignment sales, mortgages, and real estate sales.
