หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• We are seeking a seasoned Director of Sales/Sales Manager with extensive experience in the property market, particularly within Phuket, to lead our efforts in the Russian market. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who excels in sales, leadership, and public speaking, with a passion for driving growth in a competitive market.
• Lead sales initiatives targeting the Russian market, focusing on property investments in Phuket.
• Manage and motivate the sales team, providing strategic direction and support to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct public seminars and presentations to promote property investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Oversee and optimize the use of sales tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and Canvas.
• Track and follow up on a minimum of 30 leads per month to drive sales growth.
• Provide leadership in recruiting, training, and developing the sales team. Qualifications:
