หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaign including Offline and online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, display ads).
• Oversee the company’s social media platforms to drive engagement and increase followers.
• Oversee email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, display advertising and social media marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROI, KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
• Optimize website content and user experience to increase conversions and traffic.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to create high-quality content for various online channels.
• Lead market research efforts to better understand customer preferences and market dynamics.
• Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., Retail KA customer, ad agencies, influencers, content creators).
• Create and maintain a digital marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer insights, technologies trend and competitor activities and creating strategy decisions for best practices.
• Organize promotional events and participate in trade shows and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or related fields
• Proven experience as an Marketing Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing tools and techniques(Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook ads, SEO tools, etc.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising and content marking.
• Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with HTML,CSS and website content management systems(CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Thai and English).
