หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Proactively identify and research potential hotel partners within the assigned territory.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to introduce our OTA's services and value proposition.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each hotel.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with new hotel partners.
• Onboard new hotels onto the OTA platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing hotel partners.
• Regularly communicate with hotels to provide support, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with hotel partners, analyzing data and recommending strategies to optimize their performance on the OTA platform.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue through the OTA platform.
• Monitor hotel performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery to hotel partners.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry is a PLUS
• Strong understanding of the hotel industry and OTA business model is a PLUS!
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.  
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva).
• Fluency in Thai and English
