หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Plan and manage resources, timelines, designs, and quality for each project, ensuring client expectations are met within budget constraints.
Oversee project timelines, budget control, concept and design, and coordination with subcontractors during the construction process.
Personnel management in the division of project operation and manufacture. To be able to work efficiently in accordance with the organization’s regulations.
Monitor on-site construction and ensure project progress aligns with business policies and schedule planning.
Inspect and assess the overall work progress of contractors
Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Provide regular project status reports and take corrective actions to ensure project progress stays on schedule.
Examine the accuracy and appropriateness of the constructions.
Administrate the tidiness and security on the project.
Continuously control service after project transferred.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Interior Architecture, Decoration, Civil Engineering or related fields.
Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in managing and controlling projects on interior design or constructions.
Knowledge of interior design, construction, furniture, and installation.
Ability of reading, drafting design and adjusting for the appropriateness to meet customers’ requirements.
Ability of project administrative and conflict management.
Proactive thinking and strong analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including leadership, management, communication, problem-solving, and planning.
Ability of using computer programs, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and related programs.
Proficiency in English.
