หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• In charge for daily operation
• To build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business
• To respond to any changes in the restaurant (new products, new pastries…) as dictated by the needs of the operations and company
• To ensure the standards and controls for health & safety, hygiene, risk assessments, manual handling and produce are maintained as prescribed by legislation, the company and independent auditors
• Responsible for PR and marketing activities related to retail operation or as assigned
• To do monthly maintenance checks on all equipment, furniture and fixtures and reports all areas in need of attention to the appropriate department
• To effectively manage and control the costs and expenses associated with the department, and to implement measures to minimize expenses wherever possible.

• Education: Graduate from university or high school with good command of written and spoken English.
• This position Must have 3 - 5 years experience in progressively more responsible food and beverage .
• Must possess a sound knowledge of International cuisine restaurant operations, service skills, procedures and menu format to be effective on the job. Excellent interpersonal skills
• An innovative, creative and practical person preferably aged over 25 years. Must have a basic knowledge of administration procedures
• Must possess a high energy level and have stamina to accomplish tasks and projects under pressure of time.
• Must be able to read, write, converse and understand in the English language, to an internationally acceptable level.
