E-Commerce Fulfillment Executive

ดูแลกระบวนการ Fulfillment ตั้งแต่รับคำสั่งซื้อ จัดเตรียมสินค้า ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ ไปจนถึงการบรรจุหีบห่อและส่งมอบสินค้า ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในระบบ WMS และประสานงานกับทีม Picking, QC, Packing ติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น บริษัทขนส่ง, Marketplace, และฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า เพื่อให้การจัดส่งเป็นไปตาม SLA จัดทำรายงานประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน (เช่น Order Accuracy, On-time Delivery, Productivity) สนับสนุนโครงการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ เพื่อลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของหน่วยงาน
