- Coordinate with customers in order to prepare all related documents for import-export shipment. - Coordinate with the Shipper for import-export shipment to re-check the documents. - Coordinate with all business partners such as carrier, freight forwarder, shipping & customs team, and transport team to proceed with booking, documentation, truck arrangement, customs clearance, etc. - Follow up with customers, and monitor the movement of inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. - Alert and submit the date of the manifest to carrier/freight forwarder. Create a job in the system (Cello). - Input Shipment details into the system and dealing expenses of BL in the system - Coordinate with customers in order to prepare for reserve booking the truck. - Coordinate with LSP to provide the truck to match the date of customer required. - Provide necessary reports and do other job as required by superior

• Verify operation data compare with Logistic contract and sales quotation for generate logistic cost in Cello system both AR and AP. • Prepare account payable for logistics cost. • On time issue invoicing and billing to customer. • On time issue payment to vendor and LSP. • Timely manage all month-end-closing and account reconciliation. • Follow up pending payment from customer. • Other related assignment.
