Design and modify the company's offline and online graphic work. Design advertisements and graphic content through social media platforms like FB, LINE, IG, and TikTok, packaging etc Design and delivering as A.I files among other formats. Static and Animation Design. Control the quality of all graphics, including clarity, aesthetics, and accuracy. Plan and carry out online strategies that align with management plans. Count, Plan, Request marketing related activities beyond design work. Follow and achieve KPI targets of marketing department.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff Check packed parts, make spot inspections, check all goods before loading Ensure inventory is managed and recorded accurately. Oversee receiving, storing, and distribution processes. Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse. Train and monitor staff performance to ensure productivity goals are met. Conduct regular inspections to maintain operational standards. Report on warehouse operations to management.

Handling export/shipping documentation for shipments (Invoice, packing list, B/L, C/O, etc) Arrangement with shipping lines and freight forwarders for booking containers and truck Contacting international customers about shipment arrangement Coordinate with suppliers or our warehouse to arrange shipment Experience with LC negotiation and preparing shipping document according to L/C conditions Experience in import procedures is preferable
