1.Strategic Digital Transformation Leadership & Management: -Translate Digital Transformation strategy into actionable roadmaps; drive team execution to meet KPIs. -Manage and develop sub-teams (Enablement & Capability/Adoption), fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation. -Report progress, challenges, and outcomes of Digital Transformation initiatives to senior management. 2.Digital Transformation Enablement Oversight: -Direct the Enablement team in researching, evaluating, and promoting suitable digital, AI, and Data Science technologies. -Provide expert consultation on critical technical issues (IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Data Architecture, AI/ML Infrastructure, System Integration) ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions. -Champion a data-driven culture and the application of Data Science for decision-making. -Drive PoCs and prototyping for new digital, AI, and Data Science projects to validate feasibility and business impact. -Collaborate with IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Data/Solution teams for seamless technology implementation. 3.Digital Capability & Adoption Oversight: -Guide the Capability & Adoption team in developing strategies for Digital, AI & Data Science literacy, upskilling, and enterprise-wide technology adoption. -Approve plans and budgets for training, workshops, engagement activities, and learning materials. -Foster a change-adaptive organizational culture, encouraging the adoption of new technologies. -Evaluate and refine personnel development and technology adoption programs for maximum impact. 4.Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: -Build and maintain strong relationships with internal (Business Units, IT, HR, Finance) and external stakeholders (vendors, academic institutions). -Represent the department, presenting Digital Transformation initiatives and progress to management. -Understand business needs to provide targeted and value-driven Digital Transformation support. 5.Budget & Resource Management: -Manage Digital Transformation budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI. -Plan and collaborate with HR on talent acquisition and development for the team. 6.Other related duties as assigned
