• Lead the full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Processing, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and HR Policy. Manage and ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, including income tax, social security, provident fund contributions, and other statutory deductions in compliance with Thai labour law. Design, implement, and monitor learning and development programs to upskill staff, support career growth, and build leadership pipelines. Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate both internal and external training initiatives. Ensure compliance with all applicable Thai labour laws, social security regulations, and government reporting requirements. Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with Thai labour regulations and corporate standards. Liaise with external parties including legal counsel, labour authorities, and regulatory bodies as necessary. Provide strategic HR support to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management. Oversee the recruitment process and ensure alignment with company talent strategy and culture. Lead the annual performance appraisal, talent review, and succession planning processes. Resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner while maintaining company standards and legal compliance. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and retention initiatives. Administrative Management Oversee general administrative functions including office management, facilities, procurement, and corporate governance documentation. Ensure effective vendor management and optimize administrative procedures for operational efficiency. Support internal and external audits related to HR and administrative functions.
