Responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting initial interviews and background checks, and preparing summary reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels. Training and Development - Gather and analyze training needs (TNA) from various departments. - Develop and implement the annual training plan according to company objectives. - Coordinate with internal and external trainers, and organize training logistics including materials, venues, and equipment. - Record and evaluate training effectiveness and report training results to management. - Maintain accurate training records and related documents to support audits (e.g., ISO, RBA, IATF, etc.). Responsible for preparing attendance reports, analyzing absenteeism trends, supporting general HR tasks, and participating in employee-related activities such as job fairs and CSR events. Supervise and control the wipe process and inventory management on the production line. Ensure output targets and quality standards are met according to the requirements of each section. Manage team leaders and operators to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly work targets. Enforce discipline and maintain 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) in accordance with company policies. Ensure all production reports are properly completed, followed, and regularly updated. Support and participate in activities related to KPI (Key Performance Indicator) improvement. Motivate team leaders and operators to continuously improve their work performance and processes. Ensure all operators strictly follow standardized work instructions. Take responsibility for additional tasks assigned by higher-level supervisors or management.
