Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and functions. Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional specifications. Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams to ensure understanding and alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Documentation: Document requirements, process maps, and data models effectively and clearly so they can be easily understood by stakeholders across the organization. Solution Design: Analyze business problems and evaluate proposed solutions based on feasibility, user impact, and alignment with product vision or project scope. Provide input on how to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Project & Product Management: Provide support for project management activities, including planning, backlog management, prioritization, and progress tracking. Testing: Assist in developing testing and implementation plans. Participate in testing to validate that the solution meets the business requirements. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder requirements and project scope changes, provide solutions to their business needs, and address functional queries from the development team.

Test Case Development and Execution: Develop, execute, and manage manual/automated test cases using testing tools like Cypress or similar software. Requirement Analysis: Understand and analyze product requirements to create effective test cases including data integrity testing. Test Case Refinement: Continually refine test cases based on changes in product requirements and user feedback. Issue Reporting and Resolution: Help escalate and investigate issues from users and use bug tracking tools to report bugs and interface with the development team to help resolve these issues. Documentation: Log, document, and help resolve discovered defects. Maintain records of test results, and generate historical analysis of test results. Project Coordination & Reporting: Assist Project Manager in the creation and management of the overall project schedule and provide timely and accurate feedback to the PM and stakeholders about the testing status. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure thorough testing of modules and quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Front-End & Back-End Development: Take ownership of front-end and back-end development tasks, utilizing your expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, Node.js, Express, and NestJS. Design and implement efficient API interactions. Database Design & Optimization: Design robust database schemas, optimize queries, and manage data persistence using Prisma. Ensure data integrity and security. System Architecture: Contribute to the overall system architecture, making informed decisions about technology choices and design patterns. Microservices Expertise: Lead the design and implementation of microservice back-end architectures, including containerization with Docker, database design, CI/CD pipelines, and API gateway integration. Security: Implement security best practices throughout the application, protecting against vulnerabilities and ensuring user data privacy. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks. Write optimized code for efficient execution. Code Review & Mentoring: Lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback to junior developers. Mentor and guide team members. Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions. Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Business Impact: Understand the business use cases behind each task, prioritize effectively, and contribute to product strategy discussions.
