VMN Holding Co., Ltd. is a land banking company with more than 10,000 rai across Thailand, the Group comprises private companies owned by the Hoontrakul Family.

The company was founded by Chairman Dr. Pongsak Hoontrakul – former Director at United Overseas Land (UOL) Singapore and United Overseas Bank (UOB) Thailand. The Group CEO is Khun Thanabodee Hoontrakul, an entrepreneur who has keen interests in real estate developments and townships (creating a city).

Apart from land management (i.e. lease and sell), the company strategic focus is to develop a wide range of senior housing, retail mall, commercial and residential, mix-use, office, coworking space, shared office, and F&B retail.
