Help preparing customer/clients invoices based on accounting procedures and sending invoices to customers Maintaining customer accounts and Collecting payments and WHT certificate & Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders Handling customer/clients inquiries regarding billing issues Posting Tax invoice/Receipt in a timely manner Securing revenue Output tax report and collaborate with AP accountant Checking detail billing note/Invoice/ Issue Withholding tax certificate Follow documents from vendors and clients

Organize internal resources and outside vendors to ensure that projects are completed without a delay. Establishing project goals and scopes, including all necessary parties, and ensuring project integration Ensuring that the project timeframe is followed as planned and that all timelines and KPIs are met. Prepare project schedules or timelines for submission to management, including material estimates and manpower requirements. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management and problem solving to minimize project blockers. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports internally and or for clients. Keep all members of the team up-to-date with current information and briefs.
