Arrange shipments for international customers in compliance with export regulations. Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing list, and export declarations. Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries Ensuring shipment meet destination country requirements. Track and resolve any issues related to delayed shipments.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with overseas partners, agents, and direct clients, especially in the Chinese market. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with internal operation teams to provide accurate quotations, routing solutions, and service proposals. Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with customers and overseas partners. Regularly communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and partners to support smooth business transactions. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights for strategic sales planning. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. Participate in overseas business trips, trade fairs, or networking events as required.
