Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of the construction project from initial planning through completion. Coordination: Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project components are aligned. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure the project remains within financial constraints. Timeline Management: Develop project timelines and ensure milestones are met. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Daily Updates: Provide daily project status updates using Microsoft Project or Primavera for the Power BI dashboard.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including key milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project timelines and objectives. Utilize project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create and monitor schedules. Assist in developing project budgets, tracking expenses, and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and forecast project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets. Analyze variances between actual costs and budgeted costs, recommending corrective actions when necessary. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets. Develop risk mitigation strategies and assist with contingency planning. Monitor risk throughout the project and update risk management plans accordingly. Track and report project progress against established baselines (schedule, cost, and scope). Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders. Provide insights on project performance and recommend actions to improve efficiency and reduce delays. Review and assess changes in project scope, schedule, and cost. Coordinate with project teams to ensure change requests are documented, analyzed, and approved before implementation. Act as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely communication of key project information.
