Welcoming and supervising children from 2 to 17 years old Organise activities/ game workshops and a weekly show adapted to each age group Reassuring children and parents , Being responsible for children?s hygiene and safety Encourage participation in the Mini Club within the village Take part in the Mini Club & Village activities/entertainment

- Assist the financial manager in administrative, financial, accounting and budgetary management procedures - Control and record income (entering customer payments, issuing invoices, reminders...) - Record and centralize financial data to establish account balances, income statements and balance sheets in accordance with legal obligations - Check the accuracy of accounting entries and report the situation to the financial manager - Carry out coding and entry of invoices and bank reconciliation - Carry out daily and monthly closings

Organizing and checking the cleaning of the hotel rooms and common areas ? Managing the housekeeping team (internal team or external supplier) Managing the restocking of hotel equipment and the housekeeping budget Ensuring the respect of hygiene and safety rules Supporting the Housekeeping Manager and replacing her/him if necessary To participate in the events, sharing moments and Club Med Village life.

Assisting the Restaurant Manager and transmitting the guidelines and the priorities to the restaurant team: staff organization, restaurant logistics, respect of the material, supervision of the buffet. Organizing, leading, training and developing the restaurant team. Welcoming clients in the restaurant and being aware of their needs . Making the restaurant warm and friendly, decorating the restaurant according to evening themes. Maintaining the facilities and material. Ensuring the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedure. To participate in the events, sharing moments and Club Med Village life.
