SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION
A Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Line Official Account, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
• Plan, create, publish and share new content on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop social media campaigns
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
• Monitor SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
• Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media
• providing the customers with comprehensive analytics, data presentations, and resource management reports.
• Creating and managing monthly promotions
Requirements:
• Thai nationality only
• Strong project management or organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Line OA, TikTok, etc.) and how they can be deployed.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
• Good technical understanding and can learn new hardware and software quickly.
• Flexible and adaptable
