Hummus Chiang Mai was founded on our belief that good food should be shared with people we love. Inspired by the Mediterranean and middle eastern cuisines - where fresh Ingredients, spices and herbs shine while paying homage to Thai flavors. Our food is prepared fresh daily, with homemade Pita bread right from our oven.

In Hummus Chaing Mai, Chef Einav Gefen and her friends combine their extensive culinary and hospitality experience in their dream to open a Hummus centric restaurant that feels like you are eating in their own backyard.

Chef Einav’s career started in high end cuisine in Israel and the USA but her true passion is the food she grew up with. Combining her true Chef self with her life long love for elephants - Chiang Mai was a natural choice.

We source all our ingredients locally, supporting local farmers and our community.
