Scheduling Management: Ensuring efficient and seamless livestream operations Billing Management: Ensuring precise and punctual payment processes for freelance livestream operations staff in accordance with our finance and accounting policies. Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices related to livestream talent management.

ควบคุม วางแผน การถ่ายทำ ตัดต่อ รายการบน TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ น่าสนใจ สร้างความแปลกใหม่ให้กับผู้ชม ควบคุมการผลิต content ตั้งแต่คิด, เขียนสคริปต์, Shooting, ไปจนถึง Post production ได้อย่างอยู่หมัด รับผิดชอบในการคิดเนื้อหารายการ (Content) และ LIVE Shows ในการสร้างสรรค์สื่อให้มีความทันสมัย แปลกใหม่ น่าสนใจ (ที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องอยู่ในกรอบ) วิเคราะห์ ค้นคว้าและหาข้อมูลที่ทันสมัยและนำเทรนด์มานำเสนอเพื่อเป็นเนื้อหาของรายการโดยการพัฒนาเนื้อหาให้เข้ากับบุคลิกของ Live MC และรูปแบบของรายการ

- Recommend commercial strategy for clients across E-commerce Marketplace (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok), own brand.com store and on social media. - Execute marketing strategy for different clients, whether it be via online marketing, participating in a campaign or more. - Support day-to-day operation in content creation, supply chain management, and promotion management and business analytics. - Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, graphic designer, content team, customer service team, etc.) or 3rd party service partners to ensure deliverables in a timely manner. - Maintain close relationships with clients by ensuring client’s issues are addressed and fixed in a timely manner. - Oversee sales performance (GMV), online marketing performance, campaign performance and operational excellence for each client. - Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on a weekly or monthly basis.

Strategize and manage online marketing campaigns across all major online marketing channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, and KOL) for clients across various categories. Manage and optimize marketplace’s marketing tools such as Shopee Keyword Ads, Discovery Ads, Search Ads, Lazada Search ads and Lazada Affiliate Marketing solutions. Participate or lead in ad hoc projects across functions. Lead new marketing initiatives and innovation to improve campaign performance and customer retention. Increase the company’s marketing revenue by cross-selling or up-selling marketing solutions to clients. Create reports and provide necessary insights to internal and external team. Hire and manage a team of online marketing analysts to support the team’s growth.
