Prospect and generate sales opportunities: Identify and analyze target customer groups. Generate sales opportunities through various channels, such as telemarketing, email marketing, and direct product/service presentations. Communicate with both new and existing customers: Build relationships with both new and existing customers. Address and resolve customer issues. Present products/services that meet customer needs. Prepare and submit quotations: Prepare quotation documents and proposals according to customer requirements. Track and manage the entire sales process, from customer contact to closing the sale. Build and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database: Organize customer data systematically. Track sales opportunities. Keep data accurate and updated. Achieve assigned sales targets. Participate in sales team meetings: Share experiences and sales techniques. Collaborate on planning, improving strategies, and solving team problems.

Prepare a yearly schedule of events. Be directly involved in booth design, production and selection of products. Prepare and organize exhibitions in different locations (Malls, marinas, trade shows, etc) with the help of the team. Generate Events to promote the brand and create engagement with customers Organize PR & Marketing events Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies Seek opportunities for partnerships and collaboration with other businesses to promote our brands Prepare and submit the PR reports Collaborate with external PR agencies, influencers, and other parties.
