Chemapan Asia Company Ltd. was established as a Thai company in 1999.  Over the years the company has established itself as a major supplier in the electrocoat industry.  Chemapan is the sole dealer for USA based CelTech Inc. and Nanostone Water (Sepro Membranes). CelTech anode cells and Sepro ultra filtration membranes are widely used in Thailand and Chemapan Asia provides sales and support in the ASEAN region for these two manufacturers.

Most recently Chemapan Asia added UF and RO Filtration elements and anode cells manufactured by Rising Sun in China.

Chemapan designs and manufactures complete EDP UF systems, offers replacement or upgrades of existing UF systems made by others, and offer cost-saving UF membrane and anode cell replacements with compatible products for most systems from competitors.

Tubular Anode Cells are tailor made for each customer by the factory as each customer has specific requirements as to effective length, type of bulkhead, as well as type of anode cell.  Both Gravity Flow and Pressurized cells are available, two sizes of SS316 anodes, and a complete set of accessories.

For users of box anode cells, Chemapan stocks Ion Exchange Membrane that is offered pre-cut to size or by meter.

Anolyte Systems are important for controlling the acid concentration of the ED paint.  Chemapan makes automatic anolyte control systems for this purpose.

Chemapan also offers a wide range of in-line and panel type “Zyia” flow meters from Yuyao Kingtai Instrument Co., Ltd.

Other products available are a variety of filter bags, cartridge filters, carbon filters and absorbents.
