- ควบคุมงานให้ถูกต้องตามหลักวิศวกรรม สามารถประสานงานกับเจ้าของโครงการและที่ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ควบคุม ดูแล ตรวจสอบและรายงานความก้าวหน้าของงานตามแผนงานก่อสร้างและติดตั้งงานระบบ ในส่วนที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพแล้วเสร็จตามเป้าหมาย - ตรวจสอบและติดตามการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาให้ได้มาตรฐาน ตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้อง - ศึกษาแบบก่อสร้างและควบคุม หัวหน้างาน คนงาน และผู้รับเหมา จนแล้วเสร็จ - ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงาน วางแผนการทำงาน ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา - สามารถวางแผน ควบคุมงานและงานแผนหน้างานได้
