Find and generate leads in relevant target groups (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, Google, etc.)

Contact customers to present the company's solutions

Plan and collaborate with the team to present to customers

Coordinate with clients to request information such as business insights for ROI assessments or presentation materials

Prepare and submit quotations to clients

Follow up on contracts and payments from clients

Deliver relevant documents, such as signed contracts, to relevant departments

Attend monthly team meetings, update sales, address issues, and share customer feedback

Knowledge and competence qualifications

1 year or more experience in sales

Data Analyst skills with basic data analysis

Agile, resourceful, and proactive

Experience in AE, Sales, or Agency roles will be given special consideration (all three are even better)

Prior experience managing the back office of Shopee/Lazada/TikTok is a plus (all three are even better)

Strong negotiation skills, able to coordinate both internally and externally, including directly with clients
