Responsible

Communicate and coordinate with international brands (Japan, Korea, USA, Europe) via email and online meetings.

Prepare company introduction materials, brand presentation decks, and negotiation documents.

Research and summarize product, pricing, and wholesale information from partner brands.

Follow up with overseas partners regarding sample requests, quotations, and documentation for import shipments.

Translate brand documents between English, (Japanese), and Thai when needed.

Collaborate with internal teams including Accounting, Logistics, and Marketing.

Prepare a weekly “Brand Pipeline Report” for management, summarizing ongoing negotiations and potential collaborations.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Excellent command of English (Japanese proficiency is a strong advantage).

Professional, polite, and confident communicator with cross-cultural understanding.

Detail-oriented and familiar with import/export or distribution business.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Passionate about outdoor lifestyle, design, and premium functional products.
