Assist with bakery items and other culinary preparations.

Must be able to make bread and croissant.

Support the barista in crafting exceptional coffee and drinks.

Contribute to menu planning and development.

Working with the management team to develop menus.

Assisting with menu pricing

Able to create dessert menus to meet the needs of customers.

Controlling kitchen stock levels.

Monitor and purchase food and supplies.

Supporting and training other kitchen staff.

Helping to organise other kitchen staff work schedules

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and beverage preparation.

Any other duties as required by the management team

Experience in culinary arts with a focus on breakfast cuisine.

Experience in baking

Knowledge of basic raw material selection

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Passion for creating culinary delights and crafting beverages.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Work experience or internship in a pastry kitchen at a restaurant or hotel will be an advantage.

Flexible schedule to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed.

A communication skill in English both written and spoken is required.

Speaking a third language would be an advantage.

Comply with health and safety regulations.

Work well under pressure.
