หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
• Ensure system security through firewalls, risk assessments, and incident response
• Oversee data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Manage IT documentation, knowledge base, and change management process
• Ensure system uptime and provide IT support across all business units
• Lead IT helpdesk function and deliver high user satisfaction
• Manage IT assets, budgets, vendors, and license compliance
• Oversee ERP vendor relationships and related IT workflows
• Drive efficiency by streamlining and automating IT processes

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management or related field
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Solid knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and network administration
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL
• Skilled in project management and vendor negotiation
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics simply
• Strategic mindset with adaptability in fast-changing environments
• Fluent in Thai and English
