หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering with clients, focusing on software integration, and on-premise systems.
• Design and deliver tailored solution architectures, POCs (proof of concepts), and technical presentations/demos that illustrate the capabilities of proposed systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for internal delivery teams and vendors.
• Prepare technical documents such as technical presentations, Statements of Work (SOW), and Terms of Reference (TOR).
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating expertise in software development lifecycles, integration patterns, and modern platforms (e.g., microservices, containers, DevOps).
• Collaborate with product to ensure feasibility and alignment with delivery capabilities.
• Stay current with technology trends in system integration, software engineering, cloud platforms, and enterprise architectures.
• Design and create test cases and scripts to address business and technical use cases.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to design test and develop automated tests.
• Lead and develop the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Test Automation Tool
• Perform both Manual and Automation testing, performance testing, End to End testing.
• Participate in the architecture and design of a feature early in the development cycle, influencing it to drive quality and adherence to specifications.
• Create documentation for QA process.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work
• Owns continuous improvement for existing and new processes.
• All other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any relate fields
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in presale consultant and/or testing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical background and an understanding of software testing.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools, like Selenium, Robot, etc.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
• Must be flexible, independent, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Performance testing is an added advantage.
• Experience with some common QA testing tools and best practice
• Strong desire to be part of a team and build great products
