หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Develop technical design documents that serve as a blueprint for project implementation.
• Align technical designs with the Solutions Architect to ensure cohesion with the broader IT architecture.
• Act as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and the IT development team, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
• Facilitate design review sessions with stakeholders and the IT team to validate and refine technical solutions.
• Maintain a current understanding of the industry's best practices and apply them to the design of IT solutions.
• Ensure all technical designs adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Support the development team during the implementation phase, providing clarity and guidance on the technical design.
• Continuously refine technical documents based on evolving business requirements and feedback.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the role of System Analyst, IT Specialist, Programmer Analyst.
• Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends, software development best practices, and architectural frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.
• Banking / Financial services background would be advantaged.
• Good in English, both written and spoken.
