เวลาทำงานอื่น : คลินิกเปิดทำการ 8.00 - 18.00น. ทำงานเป็นกะ ประมาณ 8 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน วันหยุดอย่างน้อย 6 วันต่อเดือน เลี่ยงการหยุดวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Greeting customers upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
Providing introductory information to new customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Following up customers to check that they’re still satisfied with services and products.
Communicating with customers through various channels, online and offline.
Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer customer’s questions.
Escalating queries and concerns.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in customer accounts.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, working with related parties to find appropriate solutions.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Cooperate with related parties to improve overall customers’ experience.
Make follow up and sales calls to customers Other related tasks as assigned by the management or clinic manager.
