• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, maintenance, IT) to integrate MES systems with other plant equipment and software.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct system upgrades, enhancements, and routine maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including electrical drawings, user manuals, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all system operations.
