หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Handle inquiries and coordinate with customers regarding import and export shipments.
  • Prepare and key in export declaration (e-Customs system).
  • Prepare container list/shipping instruction and related documents.
  • Verify shipment and documents accuracy (short shipment, corrections).
  • Follow up and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and send shipment status reports to customers.
  • For import: receive arrival notice, enter import documents, prepare costing.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience in import–export documentation or working with Freight Forwarder/Shipping company.
  • At least 5 year of experience as a Customer Service in freight forwarding industry.
  • Knowledge of import–export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, D/O, Customs Declaration).
  • Proficient in e-Customs system and Microsoft Office (Net Bay)
  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic English communication skills (reading & writing).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
