หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการดูแล บำรุงรักษา และแก้ไขปัญหาของเครื่องจักรหรือระบบที่บริษัทจำหน่าย
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าและทีมงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล พร้อมมีใจบริการ (Service Mind)
• ทำหน้าที่ บริการหลังการขาย (After-Sales Service) เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับการสนับสนุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ป็นตัวกลางสำคัญระหว่างลูกค้าและทีมเทคนิคของบริษัท

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology, or a related field.สามารถไปทำงานนอกสถานทีได้
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Service Engineer or Technician in After-Sales Service for air conditioning systems, with a strong focus on unit-specific service.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various types of air conditioning sExperience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Service Engineer or Technician in After-Sales Service for air conditioning systems, with a strong focus on unit-specific service.
• ystems (AHU,FCU,CDU for commercial, VRV/VRF, Chillers, industrial refrigeration systems), including their operational principles, unit-specific troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, refrigeration circuits, and unit-specific technical manuals proficiently.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges effectively and promptly.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members; possesses a strong Service Mind.
• Work Ethic: Highly proactive, responsible, honest, and able to perform well under pressure.
