หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, LINE, etc.
• Plan, manage, and optimize media buying and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare performance and ROI reports.
• Execute plans to drive website traffic, lead acquisition, and conversion.
• Monitor digital trends and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Build, manage, and maintain corporate and product content across digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter (X), and LINE.
• Create and manage digital content including social media posts, short videos, ad creatives, and basic visual content.
• Write effective marketing copy for ads, websites, landing pages, EDMs, and social media.
• Monitor, engage, and respond to social media comments, inquiries, and online sentiment, including sponsored ads.
• Coordinate with influencers, KOLs, and online communities to support brand awareness and PR initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the company website and landing pages, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and up-to-date information.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, developers, or vendors to update website content, banners, campaigns, and product information.
• Optimize website structure and content to support SEO, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), including traffic, behavior, and conversion metrics.
• Ensure website compliance with corporate, branding, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Business Units, Sales, Product, and PR teams to initiate and execute integrated marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers and agencies to develop advertising and communication materials.
• Ensure all marketing and campaign materials are properly displayed and aligned across digital and online channels.
• Perform duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or online marketing roles.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end digital campaigns, from planning to execution and performance reporting.
• Experience in website management and digital lead generation.
• Prior experience in industries such as insurance, financial services, banking, or corporate environments is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors, or cross-functional internal teams.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new digital tools and trends.
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
