หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible and monitor for all HR functions including recruitment, policy, company practices, discipline, compensate & benefit, training, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals, admin & GA, staff activities and any other HR-related issues.
• Set the direction and drive the organization's structure to support the strategic plan, personnel placement into the structure, and personnel recruitment to meet the workforce needs, which will be consistent with the business plan and support the organization's growth.
• Set the direction and drive personnel development in terms of career management, succession management, and job rotation within the organization.
• Analysis the payroll data and ensure the payment is made on time with the correct amount.
• Generate HR reports and analysis employee data to develop our organization.
• Ensure that employees in the department develop their work potential to a good standard.
• Implement strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on business objectives and direction.
• Work closely with management team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Management, Political Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
• At least 8 - 15 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
• Experience in commercial business will be advantage
• Experience in coaching staff, conflict management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Good computer literacy
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Strong negotiation and people management.
• Commitment, Ethical actions, Flexibility.
• Can work under high pressure with high responsibility.
• Good Management, Leadership, Interpersonal skills, Open-minded and Positive Thinking.
