หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop new and prospective customers while maintaining existing accounts through effective relationship
• • Finding business opportunities and analyzing profitability from potential customers
• • Energetic to market business news and competitor’s activities in order to adjust appropriate Market Strategy
• • Plan and manage business portfolio according to agreed market strategy
• • Management in the preparation and negotiate quotation with Key customers, supplier and oversea agent
• • Response and follow up sales enquiries and leads using appropriate methods
• • Lead action plan to sales team and monitoring team’s performance
• • Motivate and coach sales team to drive company revenue
• • Joint sales visits with other sales professionals from time to time
• • Handling and responding to complaints from customers with excellent services
• • Able to solve problem or provide the best solution to customers
• • Coordinating with responsible persons in other departments highlight on Operation and Customer Service functions
• • Hold weekly meeting with Sales team to review and discuss Customer status
• • Lead team to achieve KPI target of Sales and Marketing monthly and/or quarterly

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• •Any gender, aged above 28 years
• •Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
• •Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in sales or marketing. 
• •Familiar 2-5 yrs experience with industry or freight forwarding procedures, regulations & departments is preferable. 
• •Demonstrated Customer Services Skills 
• •Proven Sales and Business selling ability & success
• •Self motivated and result driven with can do attitude and logical thinking 
• •Good team leader, planning and organization skills
• •Good command of business English – both verbal and written 
• •Knowledge of related computer applications and reporting tools
