Responsible

• Responsible for managing preventive maintenance by planning and monitoring PM activities according to the schedule for all types of machinery, and analyzing issues/trends to develop predictive maintenance.
• Responsible for controlling and managing corrective maintenance by inspecting, analyzing, and resolving machine breakdowns, including handling emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Responsible for managing the maintenance team by supervising and monitoring team performance to meet standards, as well as providing training and skill development.
• Responsible for supporting machine/system improvement projects by participating in planning for new machine installations and enhancing safety control systems and machine efficiency.
• Responsible for controlling the budget and managing spare parts to ensure adequacy and appropriateness.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO requirements such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance within an industrial factory.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM & PdM).
• Understanding of maintenance management systems, record keeping, data analysis, and spare parts control.
• Knowledge of 5S and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings accurately.
• Skills in PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Instrumentation & Sensors will be an advantage.
• Experience in maintaining automated machinery systems (Automation systems).
• Knowledge of electrical systems and electronic circuits.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills will be considered an advantage.
