หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications such as Use Cases, Flowcharts, and Requirement Documents.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and end-users to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• Debug and trace through source code to identify issues or propose improvements
• Provide technical support for internal systems and assist in resolving real-time issues reported by users.
• Perform system testing (UAT) and help prepare user documentation and training materials.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, suggest and implement improvements.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Participate in project planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Support, or similar role.
• Ability to read and understand source code (e.g., Java, C#, PHP, Python) and trace technical issues.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies such as Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.
• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in cross-functional teams.
• Programming knowledge or the ability to modify code is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
