หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Warehouse Organization: Oversee the daily operations of the spare parts warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, organization, and accessibility of spare parts. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
Inventory Control & Stocktaking: Perform regular stock takes, audits, and cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory records. Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records, identifying and addressing causes.
Stock Management: Monitor and control the movement of spare parts in and out of the warehouse, ensuring proper documentation and that parts are correctly labeled and stored according to category or usage.
Scrap Management: Identify, segregate, and manage scrap or damaged spare parts in accordance with company procedures. Ensure scrap items are properly disposed of or recycled, following environmental and regulatory guidelines.
Space Optimization: Implement efficient warehouse layout strategies to maximize space utilization and ensure the safe storage of spare parts.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that warehouse operations adhere to safety standards and regulations, including proper handling and storage of parts to prevent damage or accidents.
Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, providing training on best practices for inventory handling, stock management, and warehouse safety.
Quality Control: Inspect spare parts upon receipt to ensure they meet quality standards and manage returns or exchanges for defective items.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of spare parts transactions, deliveries, and inventory levels. Generate and submit reports to management regarding stock status, warehouse operations, and any potential issues.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in warehouse operations, stocktaking accuracy, and scrap management. Propose and implement best practices to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience more than 3 years.
Proven strong experience in warehouse management, stocktaking, and scrap handling, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or spare parts environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, stocktaking procedures, and scrap management practices.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting and moving parts.
English Proficiency is must.
Able to travel to warehouses in upcountry.
