หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Conducted in-depth data analysis for multiple businesses, including a restaurant chain with over 150 branches, hotels, agricultural products, and wellness services.
• Utilized statistical models and forecasting methods to predict market trends, optimize pricing strategies, and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyzed sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Developed comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel, presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance to the management team.
• Provided monthly revenue, profit, loss, and breakeven analysis, enabling informed decision-making for new business initiatives and branch expansions.
• Conducted continuous analysis of business data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining master data in Power BI, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for business operations.
