หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for managing daily promotions & campaign / รับผิดชอบดูแลโปรโมชั่นประจำวัน การเข้าร่วมแคมเปญกับแพลตฟอร์ม Shopee, Lazada
• Prepare detailed sales reports, conduct sales analysis and report the campaign performance / ติดตาม รายงาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขาย
• Ensure all products are in-stock and ready for sale / ตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้าให้มีพร้อมจัดส่ง
• Collaborate with customer service & fulfillment teams to enhance customer experience / ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและทีมจัดส่ง เพื่อให้ลูกค้าพึงพอใจ

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาเอก

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 3ปีขึ้นไป

อื่นๆ : ต้องมีคะแนน TOEIC

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of e-commerce operations experience, with at least 3 years directly managing Shopee/Lazada stores in Thailand
• Good communication in English and Thai (Chinese is a plus).
• Experience working with international brands entering the Thai e-commerce market.
• Detail oriented, organized, systematic thinking and work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok seller center is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
